You know that person who always brightens a room when they walk in? At Nussbaum, that’s Dale Littlefield.
He’s always wearing a smile and leaves more in his wake. Known far and wide for his “office shenanigans,” Dale knows how to pull a good practical joke. But he also knows when to get serious and cares deeply about the safety and well-being of our drivers. Dale used to drive himself and knows the joys and trials of being out on the road. Now, as a Safety Supervisor, he combines driving experience with business knowledge to mentor, correct, and encourage our drivers.
Packed full of “Daleisms,” funny stories, and a few startling surprises, we’re sure that this episode will put a smile on your face. We also hope it leaves you with greater empathy for America’s truck drivers.
