Will Taylor is no stranger to hard work. He grew up helping with his father’s lawn mowing business, and today he stays on the road for weeks at a time (what we call a “Road Warrior.”). But Will readily admits that for many years, he lived with unhealthy habits: lots of processed foods and little exercise. In 2020, his doctor told him that he had Type II Diabetes. And that’s when he knew he needed to make a change.

Will is passionate about sharing his story because he wants others to avoid his mistakes and choose a healthier, happier lifestyle. Press play to hear Part 1 of Will’s story – his childhood, early career, and the beginning stages of his health journey.
